Injection molding

Injection molding is one of the many manufacturing processes for producing objects using thermoplastics. In injection molding process thermo plastics pellet form is fed into a heated barrel, mixed, and forced into a mold designed specially for the purpose. Once the mould is filled with the material it is cooled to harden then ejected from the cavity.
